The Chairman, Board of Trustees, Anti-Corruption Awareness Organization Nigeria (ACAON) Alhaji Prince Kola Kadewolu Adeyemi has urged security agencies to be more alert during and after the celebrations of the forthcoming Eid- Kabril celebration
He said they need to be reminded that the nation’s economy is still fragile as a results of both “Covid-19 pandemic and the security challenges. “Therefore we the Muslims faithful should be moderate in this year’s celebrations. Having said that I want to use this medium on behalf of the entire members of ACAON and stakeholders to congratulate all Nigerians.
The board chairman acknowledged that “the genesis of the celebration was as a result of Prophet Ibrahim equally known and called Abraham by Christian’s faithfulness steadfastness, submissions and sacrifice to the Almighty God, therefore needless to overemphasized the importance of the lessons and abide by it. “I also want to appeal to our security forces, most especially the Armed forces to be more vigilant and be at alert now, during and after the Eid Kabril celebrations to beware of these unscrupulous elements in our society, such as Boko Haram, Kidnappers, Bandits and Armed
