The father of the publisher & editor-in-chief of Leadtimes Africa Magazine is dead.
According to a press release by Dr Samuel Oga, his his father, Pa Elder Godwin Odu Oga, died at the age of 81 years.
Born on April 25,1941in Oho-Oboru of Oju LGA of Benue State, Pa Oga died last Tuesday July 12, 2022 at a private Hospital in Oju LGA of Benue State, after a protracted illness.
Until his death, he was a Village head, a farmer, community leader, a conflict manager, one who also discharged his civic responsibility on regular basis during elections in Nigeria and had so much love for western education, though he did not have the opportunity to attain one.
Late Pa Oga is survived by his wife, Mrs Margaret Ijato Oga and nine children, including Dr Samuel Oga, who is also the founder and president of LEADTIMES Africa Foundation for Research & Development.
May the soul of Pa Oga and the souls of all the faithful departed through the Mercy of God rest in peace.
